This course provides a sacred and nurturing space where woman can learn to surrender more deeply to the natural receptivity of the female psyche. Throughout this series of lessons she will learn to trust the innate flow of her intuitive nature and to listen more intimately to the wellspring of her inner source. And we will explore together how to live more fully as the embodiment of the feminine essence within the structures of a masculine civilisation.
This course is a series of lessons that honour the fluid nature of the female psyche. Woman has forgotten who she is and the world has forgotten who she is. Her female truth has become clouded and polluted like her beloved Mother Earth. She has imbibed so much maleness that she has lost confidence in the sweet mystery of her receptive nature. She has become angry, forceful and self-doubtful because she is not seen, heard or loved as the creative power of the feminine spirit. It is time for her to stop sleeping. It is time for her to awaken from the dream of unreality that diminishes her true power. It is time for her to become who she really is, in the deep, in her mystery, in her sacredness.
She has suppressed her unpredictable nature with stifling structures of fear and control. She has forsaken the beauty of her passionate sensuality for the harsh and loveless world of sex. She is addicted to the outer realm of time because she no longer trusts her inner timeless realm. Beneath the roles that she plays and the masks that she wears, every woman is the purity and grace of the feminine spirit. Patriarchal society pulls her from the depths of her intuitive knowing into the shallowness of worldly distractions that ignore the vast wellspring of her inner mystery.
When she forsakes the natural flow of her wildness, openness and spontaneity to the forceful ways of the world she becomes moody, depressed and emotionally reactive. This course invites her to shed the masks of pretence that suppress the radiance of her inner being. And this course encourages her to become more true to the vastness of her inner mystery. Throughout these lessons we will look at how she compromises and denies her inner truth by giving to the ways of the world instead to the ways of woman. And we will share how she can listen more intimately to the harmonious flow of her inner rhythm and to the natural ways of the earth.
LESSON ONE ~ UNRAVELLING THE DREAM
Listening to the Feminine Mystery…
She has lost touch with her power. She is emotionally attached to the dream. She has been taught to live from a place of control instead of from a place of sweet surrender to the gentle ways of her female truth. Her capacity to openly receive has become distorted, damaged, broken. How can she reunite with the sacred thread that weaves the rich tapestry of her feminine mystery?
LESSON TWO ~ WOMB OF CREATIVITY
Creating from the Source…
She makes love and gives birth from the dark eternal void of all creation. Her body is an infinite wellspring of creativity nourished by her affinity with the earth. Through doubt and fear she dams and stagnates this expansive creative flow that is the essence of her very nature, her very being. How can she allow space in her busy life for the nurturing and expression of her creative gifts and talents?
LESSON THREE ~ INTIMACY OF LOVE
Goddess Unveiled…
She has been seduced by the world of sex instead of trusting her ocean of love. She has been misused and abused in relationships that are not aligned with truth. She focuses upon others’ needs instead of her own. And she has been taught to give and to please instead of to open and receive. How can she be true to her deep knowing of love and cease compromising within her relationships?
LESSON FOUR ~ RHYTHM OF THE EARTH
Her Cyclic Nature…
She lives, works and loves within the solar glare of the masculine world. And although this world produces many good things, it also pollutes and destroys. It is a world of concrete, chemicals and straight lines that are not aligned with circular rhythm of Mother Earth. Woman’s feminine essence is spiral, cyclic, circular. How can she nurture the flow of her inner rhythm whilst giving to the demands of the outer world?
COURSE GOALS
The goals of this course are to honour and embrace the infinite mystery of the feminine essence. Throughout this series of lessons we will reveal how woman compromises her female truth within the outer demands of the masculine world. These lessons aim to empower woman through helping her to open more fully to her deep knowing of love. They also aim to help her become more attuned with and more surrendered to the receptive nature of her female psyche.
ABOUT THE MENTOR
Sophia (Roslyne Sophia Breillat) is a woman who lives, writes and paints from the heart. The inner richness and profound healing of her life experiences are inspiration for her flowing creativity. Her articles and art embrace the beauty, power and sensuality of the feminine essence and celebrate the natural flow of woman’s transformational cycles. Her website offers a sacred space for woman to dive into the deep, to open to her true nature, to be who she really is. Sophia’s training and experience includes primal therapy, intuitive massage, reconnective healing, writing, art and design, astrological counselling, instructional skills, training program design and teaching within the Aboriginal community. She has also facilitated many creative and inspiring workshops and courses.
COURSE PROJECT
Each participant will be asked to write a poem during the course. This poem will convey how she experiences herself as the feminine essence and will contain four verses that correspond with the contents of the course’s four lessons. More details of this project will be given during the first lesson.
