This is neither the first nor the last novel corona virus. There are many lessons to be learned from how we dealt with flu pandemics in the past. And how we are dealing now.

Spend an hour and a half with herbalists Paul Bergner and Susun Weed and learn how to keep yourself abundantly well in this pandemic. We will explore elder berry and cytokine storms; the best antiviral herbs, when and how to use them; the role of fever and why you might not want to treat it; sudden death from the flu; and much more.

Susun and Paul will answer all your personal questions. Green blessings are ready to help you now.
